Momento Mori 3 Ritual is still at the backgrounds stage. The first panel is done and the second is underway. Lots to do!
The second, middle, panel will be 6 blocks as above with collage and paint and an overlay of waxed drawings stitched into place – have yet to do the drawings. The third panel will be the same dark blue and echo the bargello at the far edge. This quilt is quite large but can’t give a size as it’s still being thought about and balanced. The whole will have chains and gauze, and lots of smaller drawings along these lines…
